Questions

What should I put on a therapy dog card?: Keep it warm and simple: the dog’s name, a clear photo, and optionally the breed, one or two personality notes (for example “Loves a gentle ear scratch”), a favourite activity and a short greeting. Leave out anything you can’t stand behind.
How do I make and download the card?: Open the maker, add a photo from your device, type the name and any notes, then choose Save image for a PNG or JPEG. The three-size pack downloads Square, Post and Story versions together as one ZIP.
Can I share or print it?: Yes — the downloaded image is yours to share in messages or social posts, or to print yourself. PetCardJoy is digital only: we don’t print or ship cards.
Is this a certification or official ID?: No. A PetCardJoy card is a friendly keepsake. It is not proof of therapy dog registration or training, not a service-animal ID and gives no access rights. Please don’t add official logos or claims you don’t hold.
Do I need an account?: No. Making and downloading cards is free with no sign-up. If you like, you can create a free account to privately save up to 10 editable cards.
